She regularly liaises with Doctors, Gastroenterologists, Dieticians and Nutritionists, as part of a multi-disciplinary team to assist in treatment of this issue.. IBS covers a range of different symptoms and can have a variety of different causes.

Causes or triggers can include, food intolerances or sensitivities, hypersensitivity in the gut, chronic stress, a bout of illness or onset after taking medication.
